Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are normally despatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation, subject to grade availability. Larger consignments and export orders are scheduled with your quotation. Orders placed on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Metro and major cities: approximately 3–5 business days.
Other Indian locations: approximately 5–7 business days.
International and wholesale orders: confirmed individually.

Freight and tracking

All rates are ex-works Dhenkanal. Freight is quoted with your order and depends on quantity, packing and destination. You are also welcome to arrange your own transport or collect ex-works. Tracking details are shared after despatch wherever the carrier supports it.

Delivery issues

Please contact us if a parcel is delayed, damaged or marked delivered but not received. Keep the packaging and photographs for damaged-delivery claims.
