Return eligibility

Inspect every consignment on delivery and contact us within 7 days. Packets should be unopened and in their original sealed condition unless the consignment arrived damaged, short or incorrectly supplied.

Non-returnable items

Opened packets where there is no quality defect.
Items damaged by improper storage after delivery.
Custom-packed or private-label consignments, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

How refunds work

After review, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. For replacement requests, dispatch timing depends on stock availability.

Report a problem

Send your order number, a short description and clear photos of the product and packaging.
